What we collect
When you request a demo, we receive the details you enter in the form: your name, work email, organization, role, and, if you add them, the number of hotels and your message.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build visitor profiles.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request and arrange a demo. We do not sell them or share them for marketing.
Who processes it for us
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles the technical data any website needs to load, such as IP addresses. Demo requests are delivered to us through Formspree, a form service, which stores the submission and emails it to us. Both may process data outside your country.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests while we are in contact with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed, or when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us. Reply to any email from us, or send a request through the demo form saying what you need.
